“We Broke Up” Unisex Pullover Hoodie

“We Broke Up” is originally a 20’x20’ oil painting on wood panel. The painting was started while in a relationship and finished January 1st, a couple months after the relationship had ended. The painting dives into themes of history, friendship, and connections to our past. The composition and stylistic choices capture a complex relationship and simplify it down to one intimate moment. Finding the simplicity in the complex through a snapshot of the relationship and signifying the challenge of letting go.
